Return Policy:

If an item is damaged, please contact us immediately.  We can be reached at 301-767-3370 or cindy@artofgiving.com

To return an item that is not damaged, please contact us within 14 business days of delivery.  We will issue you a return authorization number.  Please package items to prevent damage during shipping and all items must be returned in good condition.  Please include the return authorization number on the front of the package.  We do not reimburse for the cost of shipping to return merchandise.  Sale merchandise is final sale.

Shipping:

All orders, unless specifically requested, are sent via UPS.  At this time, we are unable to ship outside the United States.  The cost of standard shipping is as follows: 

• Items up to $20.00: $8.95
• Items from $21.00 to $50.00: $9.95
• Items from $51.00 to $100.00: $11.95
• Items from $101.00 to $150.00: $13.95
• Items from $151.00 to $200.00: $15.95
• Items $200.00 and up: $19.95
